Nicoleta Savvidou, a classically trained pianist from Paphos, Cyprus, earned her Master of Music in Piano Performance from the Longy School of Music of Bard College under Donald Berman, where she was awarded the prestigious Christopher Horner Endowed Scholarship. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and a minor in Creative Entrepreneurship from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, studying with Max Levinson. As a Bergos Artist-in-Residence, Nicoleta had the unique honor of performing at Rachmaninoff’s Villa Senar, the Opernhaus Zürich’s Spiegelsaal, and the Cyprus Marine Club. She has been actively performing across Europe and the United States, collaborating with renowned musicians and further refining her artistry through masterclasses. Based in Boston for the past eight years, Nicoleta has established her own piano studio while teaching at esteemed institutions. She inspires and nurtures young musicians, encouraging them to discover and refine their unique artistic voices. Passionate about the piano’s remarkable versatility, she seamlessly blends classical repertoire with a focus on underrepresented composers, fostering inclusivity and celebrating the instrument’s unifying and connective power. As both a dedicated performer and educator, Nicoleta brings a diverse range of musical works to life, honoring classical music’s rich heritage while empowering the next generation to embrace their creative potential.
